Our Vestry

Jack Shelley, Junior Warden

Picture

Jack graduated from Hillsdale College in 2022 and immediately started working as a plumber for a local company. He began attending Holy Trinity as a student at Hillsdale College where he also met his wife, Arena. He was baptized, confirmed, and married at Holy Trinity, and hopes his two sons (Augustine and Ambrose) will stay in Hillsdale long enough to do the same. In his free time, Jack enjoys repairing antique clocks and getting the most distance on the slip and slide at church events.

Ben Strickland, Vestryman and Secretary of the Vestry

Ben Strickland is a 2016 graduate of Hillsdale College. After receiving a BS in Math and Art, he went to Arizona to teach high school. Three years later, after marrying Jen, a 2018 Hillsdale grad, they moved back to Hillsdale where he has worked since in the admissions office. They were both confirmed in the Anglican Church in 2022, finding a home in the tradition and liturgy while still holding fast to the reformed theology of their upbringing. They now have two children, Marianne and Frank.

Russell Richardson is a native of Tennessee but has lived in Hillsdale since 2018. He was raised in a Christian home with roots in both Methodism and Episcopalianism, but has come home to Anglicanism due to its orthodox theology and its rich tradition. Mr. Timothy Green

Timothy Green is a native of Winchester, VA where he was raised in a large Christian family of 14. They faithfully attended a non-denominational church, where Timothy found his faith and roots in the Word. During his college years, he met and fell in love with Gianna, who is now his cherished wife. Together, they decided to make Hillsdale their home, drawn by the people and their strong values.

Since 2016, they have been active members of Holy Trinity Parish. They have participated in the choir, children's ministry, coffee hour, and other ministries. Professionally, Timothy serves as an accountant at Kidd Advisors Accounting & Consulting, bringing his economic expertise to the financial realm. Gianna, on the other hand, thrives in private event management, showcasing her heart for others and hospitality. Their spare time is dedicated to their community, family, playing pickleball, theatre, weightlifting, and other activities
